Robert Kopec

Robert Kopec DNP, ARNP is a board certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. His practice consists of medication management and psychotherapy for broad spectrum of psychiatric disorders. Dr. Kopec also sees people who don’t suffer from any particular disorder, but rather struggle with self-defeating patterns of negative thoughts or behavior. He provides integrative mental health and psychiatric care which utilizes a collaborative and holistic approach.
Dr. Kopec re​ceived his degree of Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of Washington, Master Of Nursing from University of Washington, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Health Science Center, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from American Military University.
Dr. Kopec proudly served as an enlisted and an officer in the uniformed services.

Tomi Dominguez is a licensed clinical social worker with over 33 years of experience as a psychotherapist. She provides individual, couple and group therapy to adults struggling with a wide range of issues including: mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, as well various interpersonal issues.
Ms. Dominguez utilizes her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to provide evidence based treatment tailored to the needs of her clients.
Ms. Dominguez obtained her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 and became a Board-Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work in 2016.

Jennifer Paras, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor and she provides individual therapy, couple therapy, group counseling, and crisis intervention to children and adults in clinical outpatient settings. Jennifer utilizes the integrative, culturally sensitive, and nonjudgmental approach and applies various counseling techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, solution focused-therapy, bibliotherapy, mindfulness and play therapy. Jennifer offers diverse skills of being bilingual (English and Korean). She obtained her Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Chapman University in 2010. Oliver is an interpersonal trauma and family systems therapist specializing in clients with various mental conditions including depression, anxiety, behavioral issues and PTSD, and has over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. He uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and a trauma informed care model that focuses on the individual within their current social systems and intergenerational factors and patters to assess client’s current emotional and social functioning.

Mary Allison Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and child mental health specialist. She is endorsed by the Washington Association of Infant Mental Health as an Infant and Early Childhood mental health specialist. Mary Allison is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and works with children and adults who have experienced significant trauma and adversity.
